Musical elements, like the repetitive melody and steady beat, facilitate pointing to and counting items without hurriedly scrolling through numbers. Four recordings are presented in increasing amounts (counting 1-5, counting 1-10, counting 1-15, counting 1-20) to help individualize based on client needs and abilities!

Counting: By 5's Skip counting is an important stepping stone to more advanced skills such as multiplication! Practically speaking, counting by 5's allows us to add nickels or count minutes on an analog clock! This song reminds us of WHY it's important to count by 5's; aids memorization by setting the numbers to melody; and provides a motor cue for counting by encouraging learners to "jump" as they say each number (also great for kinesthetic learners!)
