1. Movement Song
Check out this YouTube video for some silly dance moves to Fall is Here!
Walk slowly in a circle or in place as you sing the verse together!
Fall is here, fall is here, fall is here.
See the apples grow. Feel the cool winds blow.
THEN, spin in circles or wave your arms!
Windy, windy, windy, windy, windy breezes blow, just watch them go!
And, FREEZE! Go back to walking slowly.
Fall is here, fall is here, fall is here...
Pumpkins all around! Watch the leaves fall down...
Then, stomp all the leaves!! Crunchy, crunchy, crunchy, crunchy, crunchy, crunchy leaves. Falling from the trees!
And, FREEZE! Go back to walking slowly.
Fall is here, fall is here, fall is here...
Acorns on the ground. Squirrels scurry around...
Then, put hands palms out in front of neck, fingers curled like little squirrel arms! walk SUPER fast!
Scurry, scurry, scurry, scurry, scurry, round and round and up and down!
Scurry, scurry, scurry, scurry, scurry, round and round but now it's time to sit down!
FREEZE! and sit down!
